don't mean to skite but I am very excited. We have just had our local doll and bear show (with the emphasis on dolls) and I decided to enter the competition. To my complete suprise I won the gold medal for my section, the rosette for best original bear and the cup for bear of show!! The other bear I entered got a blue ribbon.
The funny thing is, I had been going to enter something completely different and put this bear in at the last minute. I had seen all the other entries on the Friday when I dropped off my bear and there were 12 entrants in the professional section, some of which were amazing so I never expected even to be placed let alone win!
