OK, this was not easy! I wanted to control the shape of my bear's mouth even though it was an open/close mouth My Polar Bear has the small eyes of a real Polar Bear and I wanted to still show expression in his eyes. I struggled with this for a couple of months and decided to let Maluki be my spokes-bear. http://tinyurl.com/ce4s3w
I don't know what to say!!! I'm speechless!!
Alright be quiet!!!
But seriously I wish I could hug this bear.
He looks so incredibly soft and sweet and soft!!!
As only a collector (I know nothing of the making of a bear) you have really captured the spirit and the essence of the Polar Bear which by the way is my favorite bear !!!
Oh I hope to own this bear. Maybe only in my dreams but heck I love to dream!!
Thank you Karen! You really out did yourself! For now.............
Wow wow wow!!! What a stunning piece of work!
You have captured such a beautiful expression, plus, with the added bonus of open/closing eyes and mouth, I
think you have made the nicest "proper bear" I have seen! Totally gorgeous and I'd love to see him in the fur!!
I feel completely talentless when I see work like yours!
Now that I can speak Karen, I must say that this piece of work is very timely with Earth Day being this week. Did you plan it? To see Maluki with his eyes closed "seeing" the way his world used to be actually brings me to tears. I truly hope these majestic animals do not remember the splendor of what their world was as the ice melts around them. This work has made me think all day about this. I guess that is what true art is supposed to do.
