Posts: 4Hey in Australia so not sure what Joann's is. But basically where i can go to have a look and buy bear supplies to make my own bears.
Bubble Up Bears!Well Joann's is a craft's store that carries all art supplies but you won't find mohair there or things like eyes. You know Intercal sponsers this site. They are in Costa Mesa California. At the top of this page click on Intercal and it will take you to their page. There is also a supplier in Torrance California. Where abouts in California will you be visiting? 
Posts: 4Hi i have found Intercal and Edinburgh Imports just wondering though if they are shops that you can go into and browse or just warehouses for mail order and is there any others?
I will be in Anaheim and around LA also traveling to Vegas but dont expect to find bear shops there.

Edinburg has a place in Torrance California which is real close to the Police Station where my husband works. When I contacted them some time back they said I was welcome to come in and look around. You might try them as well.

But as far as a shop to go into that sells bear making supplies, I do not know of one locally.
