Pawing through the fur
so certain scraps are near
desperation high
thinking not so clear

the dog ate up an ear
How can I finish now
this stupid bear is almost done
the process was not fun

This is a dreadful night....

and still this bear's a flop

I can not find the fur
I haven't got another way

ideas are their cause

and Fran said add some lace
M'lissa said ribbons
to highlight the bear face

I dug around some more
a straw hat I did find
with ribbon, lace and flowers
I finished in one hour.

The bow like Daphne makes
the bear is grinning up at me
and outside there's snowflakes
