Oh if Herbie could only garden for me!!
I will share a story if OK....
I have been in the hospital for a few days getting home yesterday. Herbie is my Service Dog and allowed in the hospital. However not all the nurses/employees are good about it. He was in his carrier being a good boy but not happy that he wasn't by my side when they took me to Xray. Herbie got out of his carrier and tracked me all the way to Xray which was quite far from my room. My husband didn't even know he was gone!!!
I'm on the gurney and all of a sudden Herbie comes running in the "holding room" I was in. :)
I was glad he made it without being stolen!!
Dogs are my favorite people!!!!
What a darling photo Tami.
Cyndee, what a great story about Herbie. What an amazing little guy he is.

Awww, what a lovely little dog, he can come dig my garden any day he likes.
Cyndee I hope you are OK now, what a clever boy Herbie is, so glad nobody ran off with him. He really must love his mum, bless him.
Hugs, Jane.
Jane that was my biggest worry!
He has been taken before and I'm lucky to have been able to stop the thieves twice now.
He's so small (5 pounds) anyone can pick him up and take him. The Service Dog Jacket he wears doesn't seem to stop a bad guy!!
He's most important in my life and loved beyond words (I'm sure you know) and I would die if anything happened to him!!
Looks like the wee fella in the photo is making a bid for freedom lol
Cyndee, hope you're feeling better, glad Herbie got through the experience okay!

Cute, cute photo!
Cyndee, I'm so glad Herbie takes such good care of you . . . he certainly knows what his priorities are and I think he's a little hero. I wish you good health in 2010.
Thanks everyone!
