Please meet the Gingerbread Ted Number 5 a hand-dyed sparse mohair bear with a go anywhere with you tag : ) (I've been back on the silk paints again )
This little bear is waiting patiently for adoption at bearpile and also waiting for a name. If you would like to see more photos please follow the link below.

Hi Carol, I just LOVE him!
He's a gorgeous colour & how did you do his nose & what's it made of as it looks SO cute?
Hugs,

I just ove your gingerbread Ted - style, I'll surely purchase one when I have money again
Adorable!
That's a wonderful story about your gingerbread men turning into bear cookies, and then into real bears!

THANK YOU all soooo much for such fantastic feedback   I glad the colour went down so well, it's one of my favourites... almost coral.
The nose is made of cashmere Julia, which is sewn round and stuffed then sewn onto the muzzle which is made from the same material but a different colour.
Once again thanks for such lovely comments it means so much to me  I'm wearing a big smile now!
love him, great colour, and loving the noses on this series
Thanks Katy...my noses seem quite popular
