patrick_waving.jpgpatrick_side.jpgPatrick is a 16" bear cub in cream alpaca with medium brown tip.  He has six joints, including a double-neck joint that allows for a variety of posing positions.  His paws are a cream ultrasuede that have been needle sculpted and shaded.  He is softly stuffed with polyfil and plastic beads to ensure he is a good weight and excellent cuddle. 

He has quality black glass eyes with white felt eye whites peeping out from behind them.  His nose has been hand-moulded using black epoxy clay.  He is a bent leg design, so cannot stand unsupported.

Thanks, Joanne.  I have, as usual, been tweaking the design.  I have added additional shaping to his arms and the angle of his feet.  I only wish I could take decent photos of him.  They really don't do him justice.

And this bear is absolutely awesome.  I haven't worked with alpaca in so long (mostly real fur these days) but I just love what you have done.  He has a great face and wonderful colors.   bear_wub

He is soooo adorable, Sue, I love your chubby bears (even my little Tabasco is chubby for such a small teddy  bear_tongue ), they have very expressive faces and
you can put them in all kinds of endearing poses (like in the second photograph : what is he asking for a?  A hug or a cookie ?  bear_grin ).
