On one progrogramme the presenter said that after the 2012 Olympic London was being de-motted as captial city and Manchester had been put forward in its place. Apparently the politicians felt it would give a much needed boost to the North.
Well I tell, I sat there SEETHING with indignation. London with its museums, galleries, tourist attractions, THE QUEEN, its colourfull history!.
