I'm a bit confused when I read through the Bearpile sign up page. The page asks for methods of payment - visa, american express, etc - but doesn't ask for any details about them. It then asks for a password below. Is the password for the site or payment? Where do i put in the payment details? I don't want to randomly press submit in case I mess it all up!

I've had a Folksy account before and not really been pleased with the way it worked and I just want to check before I spend money out, is Bearpile the best way to go?!

You should contact Dave with your questions: http://www.bearpile.com/contact_us.cgi

Not only should he be able to give you good answers, but he needs to know what parts of the process are confusing. (He's usually very responsive to members' concerns.)

Hi Helen,
Not sure about the signing up problems you're having but wanted to say that Bear Pile has been very good for me. I like the fact that just pay your monthly fee and you can then sell as many bears as you want. Even if they don't sell right away I see it as good advertising for not much money.

I also find Bearpile to my taste. I have no website or blog for the moment, and I feel that my Bearpile space is a nice way not only to sell bears but also to have a gallery with your creations as you can keep all your adopted creations on it for show. For me it has worked fine. bear_original

Thanks everyone thats really good news to hear!  bear_original
I havent sold anything for a couple of years now due to illness etc, so now i'm all back to normal (what ever that is lol), everything seems to have changed on Folksy, where I first started and I don't like it.
I think I will definitely give Bearpile a go.
