Does anyone have any idea where to get a teddy bear eye that looks like the one in the photo above?

This to me looks like a glass bear eye that someone has added polymer clay to.  I think the eye is embedded in the clay and baked.  I think you could do it yourself.  Measure the eye, looks like clear green glass, look above to Intercals link and order a pair in the right size.  Make a ball of white polymer clay and embed the eye into it.  Does it look and feel like polymer (sculpy?)  I do think that is what it looks like, but it could be paper clay or epoxy.

I agree..I think it's home made and you could do it yourself....you will need to do both eyes because it might look odd if you don't

I also think this. Maybe one should also make a wire loop. Then the eye can be better fastened to the head.
