A snail slithers up to a policeman and says, "Officer!  I want to report an accident!"

The policeman says, "What happened?"
The snail replies, "I was run over by a turtle!"

"Can you describe him?  Did you get a good look at him?" asks the cop.

"I don't know," answers the snail, "it all happened so fast!"
