Ethelinda stands at approximately 8 inches tall and is born from beautiful tangerine coloured viscose mohair and pink mohair.
Completely designed and handcrafted by Wayne Lim; Ethelinda wears a wooden Wayneston Bears Pendant around her neck and has a Wayneston Bears suede tag is sewn onto her back.
She views the world with her German glass eyes and has needle-felted eyelids. She is five-way jointed in her limbs and head, using hardboard disks with other hardware. She has wire armatures on her arms, legs, back, tail and wings; features that allow her a great deal of flexibility.
She sports needle and scissor sculpted and shaded facial features, a characteristic of a signature Wayneston Bear. Her feet and paws are especially detailed, taking hours to perfect and are made from ultra-suede through needle sculpting. Her epoxy claws on her paws and feet are individually hand sculpted. She is lovingly filled with a mixture of polyfill and crushed garnets.
Ethelinda is accompanied by a squirrel ornament.
Ethelinda is meant primarily for the adult collector. A swing tag with its specifications and a certificate of authenticity will be attached together with Ethelinda.
All creations come from a smoke free home and will be nicely wrapped with acid free paper and packed into a box.
