What kind of fabric did you use? It looks so soft. Did you dye the grey yourself? I like the contrast between the pawpads and black fur. Are they made from a light-colored fabric or is it just a reflection from the camera flash?

Thank you ladies!     And for the question "what kind of fur is he made of"  I am unsure...I bought the fur at an estate sale, and fell in love with it.  It is very comparable to the Tissavel Fur Intercal sells, so soft and hugable.  The paw pads are a light grey contrasting Ultra-suede.
