Hello Fellow Teddy Lovers!

I am trying to identify my childhood teddy bear.  I cut off his tag the day I got him and would really like to figure out where he came from/try and track down some of his "family members"

These are the facts...
I got him in 1991 from my Grandmother who lived in California.  She shipped him to me and he came sealed in a clear plastic bag.
He is black and wore a burgundy/dark pink silky ribbon around his neck (which was promptly cut off...it wasn't very manly for him to be wearing a pink tie!)
He is NOT jointed
He is about 18-20 inches tall

I've attached a couple recent pics as well as a few from his childhood.  (In one of them, there is another black bear next to him wearing the exact same color ribbon...they might be from the same manufacturer)

Please help me track down where he came from! Thank You!
