i've been reading through some old posts about how to do eyelids using leather cording, could someone tell me please what is the best width and thickness to use?

I've used leather cording before and I've always kind of judged it by the size of the bear and the size of the eye.  I've bought several different sizes to play with.

Take your bear to the craft store and look in the jewelry section. They have a lot of different types and size of cording. You can hold you bear up against the cording to see what looks right.
