It is at the moment unclear as to what has happened but the London underground network has been closed down due to explossions and now they are saying that a bus has had it's roof blown off in central London. People are injured so if you could take a moment to give prayers to all those caught up in this terrible event.
I'll let you know more when the news comes in.

It now seems that there have been multiple explossions in London. On the underground and on at least three buses. London has come to a standstill. I pray no other explossions happen. It's so dreadful!

About six explosions are being reported now.  Many casualties.  BBC News has stated that this is almost certainly the work of Al Quaida.

I feel sick to my stomach.

It seems 19 or 20 have been killed. Spare a thought for the victims then carry on being the kind and generous people you all are. Terrorists are NOT going to beat us down.

Our prayers are with you all.  Unfortunately, we here in the US know exactly what you are going through.   I agree with you Amanda, we cannot give in to this kind of act.  Just know that as tragic as this is, it will not bring you down.  You may stumble, but you will keep on going.  I think you will find that this will bring your people closer together.  Again, we're praying for you.  Stay safe.  The terrorists are not in control, God is in control.

Absolutely right, Millie and Amanda.

I  just emailed a friend visiting London with her husband. They're ok, thank God!

I have been glued to the TV watching the horrible news coming in. I had to get online and wish my British friends and their families the best - our thoughts are with you all.

Such terrible terrible news.

We send our prayers. Gosh this world is full of some terrible souls. We shall all thank our lucky stars if we have not directly been affected.

My deepest sympathy is with the British people . . . I just got online and read about the horrible and devastating news of the explosions in London.  We in the USA understand your disbelief and grief and are in shock as the terrorists try to undermine yet another country's spirit and way of life.  They will NOT succeed!!  Our prayers and support are with you and we are holding your hand in these hours of darkness.  An all-encompassing hug to the UK!
