does it count if you can drink the desperate frat boys under the table when they start doing jaeger bombs with you?

I don't know.  I was always too drunk from the Jaeger to figure that one out!

..I have really cozy fuzzy socks...does that count?  And meant to add, the "desperate frat boys" would be more like "tall lean cowboys"---frat boys seem pretty wussy, at least the ones who came up here to ski on spring break..

You're not talking to yourself, Shelli!  I just had to run in and see the last few minutes of "Idol" for myself.  I'm so bummed!!!  Onward and upward.  I hope Chris Daughtery comes out with an album soon.  I'd buy it in a heartbeat!

..I vote YES on the chat room---does anyone else here check out who is online when they look at the index page?  Man, we could have loads of fun!  But teddy production might go down a bit...as in a major PLUNGE..!!

Hey, I didn't say I liked or admired them.  I just said they were desperate, and used Jaeger to manipulate naive college women.

Which one was that?  I saw it last week for the first time EVER.  Was it the graying guy?

Never had Jaeger.  Seen enough other women drink it to know I couldn't handle it.  Even the men can't handle it!

Renae, Jaegermeister (actually spelled Jagermeister with an "umlaut" over the "a", if memory serves; I haven't seen it in about twenty years, seriously) is kerosene trying to pass itself off as alcohol.

It's essentially odorless and tasteless (when mixed with something) and it absolutely deadly effective at sending a person from sober to blasted in about twenty minutes flat.

If that.

Oh, Amelia, I just notice you are in Kalispell! I was almost there a week ago. We were returning home from the Okanogan in BC and took the route through the States and planned to come up through Kalispell and spend a day shopping - I love shopping there! - but it turned out there was no Sam's Club in Spokane and we needed to get a generator from them in case we get flooded this spring so we had to carry on through Missoula and up to Great Falls and home so I missed my shopping in Kalispell!

Shelli, Chris is the bald guy with the amazing voice.  I felt sorry for him tonight - he looked absolutely stunned and couldn't hide it.  I was sure that Katherine, the last girl was going home.

I thought the last girl -- the one with the long dark hair -- was drop dead gorgeous and had a smooth and lovely voice, but not as much presence and confidence and grace as some of the other folks.  I read her as somehow insecure.  But then I only watched the one time.  I don't see her at the end of things, though.  You?

I've seen Jaeger used to manipulate women much older than college age.

*LOL*  Hey, Edie!!  Nifty!!!

What did you need from around here?  Missoula would be more of a shopping mecca, I think---they actually have a Michael's and a Hobby Lobby, I think.

You're up in southern Alberta---which town?

I love the sound of the word "Missoula."  Just rolls off the tongue.

I once participated in a "name the weirdest town you know" thread on another forum.  Wanna play?

We have a town relatively near us here in Chico called... WEED.

WEED!!!

I think sex appeal has a lot to do with who wins competitions..I've never seen Idol, but I did watch Nashville Star this season.  Definitely thought that the cute guy who won was gonna win at the beginning without even hearing him sing...and then he sang the song he wrote, WOW!  Amazingly talented!!

Thanks, Shelli!!  The little babies in the photo aren't made by me, and neither is the unicorn, unfortunately---but I was thrilled with the bear!!  =P  =)

Katherine is certainly drop dead gorgeous.  Insecure?  Yes, I do think it shows.  Not her best performance.  She certainly has pipes but she chose the wrong songs to sing on Tuesday night.  I'm not really surprised she's still in it though.  She is definitely "Idol" material.  She has a much better voice than most of what's on the radio right now.

...locals abbreviate it to Zou-town, or Zoula, which is even a stranger name, methinks.  Weed!  Wonder what was going on there?  Everyone just sat down and said,"Yeah!  Weed it is!!"???

Oh, I know that.  You posted a pic of one of these little darlings with one of your bears before and logged that disclaimer, which I remembered.

Just wanted to recognize the bear and say I love it!  You get the cutest little head shapes!, and I love the sweet expressions.
