Hello friends,

I'm very happy to have completed this little commission bear : her name is Dee-Dee and she is Dot's baby sister. The customer wanted a bear as near as possible from Dot, which is always difficult when the bears are one of a kind. So I hope she is near but different . Dot and Dee-Dee are both 11 '' and made from the same Hembold sparse sand mohair from Intercal, dyed with the same acid dye from Intercal but Dee-Dee's mohair stayed a little longer in the dye, I think, and is more red.

they definitely look like sisters, & if I was the client I admit
I'd be a little disappointed if they looked like exact twins. I think
they are both gorgeous -not VERY different, most certainly sisters!
I love your bears. The mohair color + backing fabric color really
are pretty together.

She is different to Dot. I like her much better actually. I like her proportions , the way you have altered her now.  :clap:  I love your vivid colours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great bear Marion! Dee Dee is beautiful. I am glad that your customer was happy with her. I hate that waiting period, I always have butterflies in my stomach between when I finish the bear and when my customer gets it.
