For artists and collectors sponsored by Intercal...your mohair supplier and Johnna's Mohair Store
This is what I propose to do when I come to TT and this is said without malice:
I will read posts that are:
1. Positive
2. Fun
3. Informative - teddy related
If the topic is interesting or funny - I will post my two cents worth.
Otherwise - I will obstain.
I will look at teddy posts in:
1. Showcase
2. Teddy & Friends
3. Challenge Gallery
If I particularly like what I see - I will post a favourable comment
Otherwise - I will say nothing, this doesn't necessarily mean I don't like the ones I don't make a comment on either.
I will continue to post my bears and have the courtesy to reply to everyone who comments...even if it's only to say "thank you".
I like to try new ideas, but don't like to copy. I like to learn new skills, but what works well for someone else, doesn't always work for me. (I did the leather eyelid biz the other day and what a disaster! But at least I can say I had a go.)
I learned a long time ago
So I guess that's why I do my own thing and make bears first and formost to please myself and satisfy my creative needs.
BIG HUGS TO EVERYONE,
Sandi
P.S. Forgot to mention...I like to see and know a little about who I'm talking to.
Ditto Sandi. Well said. Your rules are good ones.
I would like everyone to stay on board too. Please don't leave
Hugs to all,
Sandi
Well said, Sandi
Ditto ditto ditto....The way to go Sandi
Great rules!
Those are how I play here at TT.
More hugs to all,
Sandi
Very well said.
This is also a favorite quote. I know I have posted this before but it iw worth repeating:
" I don't know the key to success but I do know the key to failure: trying to please everyone." Bill Cosby.
Sandi, you put so very well in words the path I take through TT
.... and I promise to put a picture under my avatar
Gaby
Ditto Sandi !
Well said. There has been way too much nagativity here the last couple of days. Life is too short!
Very well said Sandi!!

Excellent rules too.
My own personal online rules are adapted from rules I learned about enjoying the great outdoors:
1. Do no harm.
2. Take what you can use and be grateful.
3. What you don't need or can't use, leave alone.
4. Lend a helping hand when you're able and it's appropriate.
5. Respect your fellow adventurers.
6. Try to keep things in perspective.
7. Leave the recreation area a nice place for others to visit.
I love this place, have learned a tremendous amount here, made some great friends, and respect everyone's individuality whether I agree or not. Life is too short.
Didn't realise we'd got this far with "GOUND" rules!
It's now been edited. Thanks to everyone for your comments.
More hugs to all,
Sandi
Sandi and Bonnie, I like your rules very much.
Gaby, I am also going to put up my photo. (An awful cell phone pic!)
My resolution is to POST occasionally. I pop in every night, but I don't post much. I am just a quiet person, in person too. I am not really lurking - just reading and learning, and cheering, and weeping, and mostly LAUGHING. I love the jokes and funny pics!
I've never worried about "negative" posts - the sheer number of POSITIVE posts makes the other insignificant.
I love the positive vibe this place has - much like teddy bears themselves, really!

Gaby and Lynne:
Welcome, it's so nice to put faces to the names...and such happy faces too!
Bonnie:
That's what it's all about...sharing, learning, caring and laughing with friends.
A lot more hugs to you all,
Sandi
