Here are four little creations that I made from 1/8 metre of alpaca and 1/8 metre of mohair. The cloth sure did go a long way.
The bear with the braces has a needle felted face as there was not quite enough cloth to cut his muzzle.
Hugs Jane.
All four of them are outstanding, Jane . . . awesome work!
Wow Jane they are all fantastic!!!
Cute as blazes, and frugal, too!
They all look so cuddly and I love the chocolate/vanilla color combination. The one with the "braces" -- at first I was looking for metal on his teeth; we call them suspenders! -- is my favorite. He looks like he's sorta chortling in a very satisfied, happy way. Like, "Heh... heh... heh." Love that little smile!
When I don't have enough mohair to cut a muzzle, I just can't finish the bear. Using felting to make up that gap in materials is bril! Really must try that someday.
I was looking for the teeth, too! Really cute suspenders!!! Each one has a different personality. The white one is fabulous!
