We leave tomorrow for the far north . . . When I fist came on TT someone mentioned Alaska, and I thought that would be the last place I would want to vist.  Since then I saw a documentary and it looked wonderfull.  I never imagined seing grass growing in Alaska,  I thought it was all ice and snow.  It's funny how your ignorance can deprive you of lifes joys.
Hope you see lots of wildlife, and you come back fresh and revived  bear_grin
