Hi guys,
I just wanted to show you what I have just finished. Here is Blossom the skunk that I have been working on madly for the last month. His pattern has been revised many times, and he consists of 30 pattern pieces, 10 of which are in his head and face.... is about 12" tall, and can stand on his own when balanced properly, has wired arms and tail, and hand painted glass eyes with white rims and lids....
Oh Yeah, and he is a mohair, and synthetic mix....the black is synthetic, the white on his head and body are mohair, and his white part of his tail is long synthetic.
Sorry for the bad pictures, it was raining today so I had to improvise inside for his photo shoot.
Thanks for taking the time to peek at Blossom.
Bear hUgs,

I think he looks great Krista! You sure have been going to town.

Oh, he's SOOO cute!
Thanks Lynn...It sure has been busy here!!!! and not just with bears!!! We have a little sick kitten that we are babysitting that needs to be syringe fed every two hours, so been trying to get bear stuff in between feedings....Sorry I haven't posted as much everyone...free time from the kitten is spent working on bears...it is so easy to lose hours here on TT so have been staying away to resist temptation!!!
Hugs,
Krista
Thanks Gemma too!!! I think we were typing at the same time...

Thank you so much everyone, I have one of my faithful followers interested in him as we speak, fingers crossed that this little one doesn't have to see the likes of eBay!!!!

Krista
He's really charming and cute. I made a skunk once too and it also had a huge number of pattern pieces. Bravo to you for such a truly masterful, sweetfaced outcome!
What a cute skunk Krista! I agree, what beautiful blue eyes!!
he's a sweet skunk. you know, sometimes there are pieces that you just have to hold on to and maybe he is that for you. When you've invested so much time and creativity in something it can be hard to let go. My mind boggles at the work it must have taken to create this wee fellow.
Thanks again everybody, and Shelli I would love to see pictures of your skunk if you wanted to share them, ever since Kassity started posting pictures of her little skunk friend, I knew I just had to try one!!!! Blossom has been sold now in a private sale to my dearest client, for a very fair price, so I am happy to let her go, where I know all the creativity in her will be appreciated...
Hugs,
Krista
