so since Chip didn't sell on eBay I have given him a makeover...question is, can I use the relist function and if he sells have my relisting fee credited if I have changed the bear in any way, or does it have to be exactly the same?????

Yes as far as I know you should be able to use your relist function....he is still the same bear, just with a makeover!!  bear_grin
