This is Celeste. I normally make several angel bears a year but this is the first for 2006. A customer requested an angel with pink accessories, so Celeste is it! She stands about 6 inches tall and has very fluffy pink feather wings. I stitched two rows of flower shaped sequins to represent the ties holding her wings on. It was a stormy day when I took her photo so the pictures are a little dark.

the mohair is gorgeous - it's so wispy and fluffy. I forgot to add that her body is cut from the same mohair as the white only in the palest lavender with a white backing. It almost makes me want to make more big bears.....almost!! :crackup: :crackup:
