My wife and I were at an auction today and bought two new bears for our collection.  They are by "Bears by Letitia".  The tags state they are 1984 by Letitia Oswald.  I can't find anyting on the net anywhere about this name, company, or even any reference of the bears.  Anyone heard of them?  It says they were made in Kentucky. 

Anyone heard of this company or of these bears?

Hi, Rod . . . I've never heard of Letitia Oswald, either, but evidently she was a part of the big, booming artist teddy bear surge in the '80s.  I've been making bears since 1997, but some of our members who have been sewing them for much longer may recognize her.  Good luck and come back to see us!
