Because of the inspiration of a friend & member of this forum Lisa Thoms, I came up with a way to combine my needle felting with my basket weaving. Here are 2 that I have made so far. They are about 1 1/2 inches x 2 inches.

I think that I can sell them for $15-$20 each. Does that sound reasonable?

Hi Charlotte:

Your baskets are lovely...the felting is a wonderful addition...you should easily get that amount...$20.00 seems too cheap!

I want one for my little bearmaking desk where I sit and sew! Charlotte sent me a beautiful mini hand-woven basket along with the beaded turtle we swapped for and it is absolutely lovely. It has a handle and looks just like a full-sized basket. I imagine it must be harder to make smaller than larger?

I just sent you a PM bear_grin I can do any color combo...I just dyed some Kelly Green & some Tea dyed reed for weaving some more little baskets. Lots of colors are possible!!!

Check out the AWESOME pincushion that Charlotte made me! I'm so excited; it just arrived in the mail today. I gave her an idea of some colors from my floral duvet that she might use and she made me this DARLING basket -- my son is so impressed! -- and beautiful, very firmly felted pincushion from those suggestions, to match it. I love it!
