TTdoll2.jpgttdoll.jpgTedyTalk-photo-ornaments.jpgttangel.jpgDollteddytalk.jpgbluejay-2.jpgchickadee-2-2.jpgThis is a great topic - everyone has amazing talent!  I've been involved in art my entire life and have tried a lot of things.  For over 20 years I made hand painted christmas ornaments out of egg shells and glass balls.  I also did commission portraits of children with graphite and coloured pencils.  For my own pleasure I make photo jewelry and ornaments.  Now I am really getting anxious to try some more mini dolls.  I made them before doing teddies - in fact, it was when I was making a mini ted for one of my dolls, that I got hooked on bear making.  I only have pictures of one of the dolls on the computer.  I think I I may have posted some of these pics before when this topic came up, but don't remember which ones so I am posting them again.Eggs2teddytalk.jpg

blue-ice.jpgsilverware.jpgIt's great to see people with so many different talents, whether it be painting, photography, or chemistry! I like to do cross-stitch for a change once in awhile. Outside of making bears my 'other' hobby is coaching youth soccer. I only coach 11 year olds and up now, but still find it just as rewarding as making bears! This is my U/18 team ( 14 - 17 year olds) and my U/14 girls team.

Thank you Kim - I haven't painted any eggs in a few years.  These are ones I painted for my parents and then re-claimed when they passed away.  I've been thinking that I should make some for our kids.

There is a lot of incredible talent on this board.  I 'm really proud to be a member of such a gifted group.  Well done, everyone!

Thanks for the kind words, Jodi.  Sometimes looking back at pictures can make us appreciate all the things we are capable of.
