Lynette,
     It's "myspace.com" - a place where people can register and then connect with friends or meet new people etc.  I believe even artists are there, to display their works etc.  It's just that lots of kids are on there and have lots of personal information (I don't understand parents letting kids online, unsupervised) and pedophiles and other offenders etc are registering and pretending to be kids, to lure kids to meet them.  I would never put personal info on there, either.

I set up one for our store.  I'm not really sure what to do with it, but I read an article about how businesses have them and it helps their business.  It seems to be a lot of teenagers and people in their 20s and 30s.
