Hi all,
I don't know if this makes sense to anyone, but I know that some of you have had their auctions fraudulently put on Ebay by others that are trying to do harm to others.
This happened to me today someone out of Asia. Only because of another artist that caught it, that I knew about it and turned it in to Ebay.
Can anyone tell me the best way to keep this from happening over and over again?
I noticed that some of you are putting your company name on all photos in a auction. What is the best way to do this.

Thanks so much.

That's one way to keep safer, and also, you can put in your auctions verbage that your bears will only be sold under your eBay ID: xxxxxxxx.

Sorry you had that happen, Bonnie. bear_sad  I hope it hasn't affected your REAL auction, which is going beautifully I noticed!!!

Bonney, someone suggested putting your name or e-bay I.D.  on the photos as it may deter the stealer from using your picture.  Much easier to steal a clear picture than having to crop of names etc.

Don't know if it is working or not?

I don't know if this will help but I've just had an auction template made up and it has a 'no right click' feature on it...I'm sure people could still take the photos somehow but I wonder if this would deter them some what?

Thanks so much everyone. I guess I will just have to put my name on all of the photos.

I had a couple of auctions hijacked, and that is when I started putting my name, etc. on my ebay photos.  I do it in my photo editing program, and then store those photos in a special file marked, what else, "ebay photos".  Since I have been putting the wording on the photos, I haven't had an auction stolen - touch wood!!!
