Hi all,
I haven't posted much lately cause I've been busy working on my Master Artisan with the Thread Artist Guild. Parto of the requirements include needlefelting and I thought I'd share a couple of my needlefelted critters so far.
This is Timi - He was my very first needlefelted anything lol
This is Telena - I love making bunnies so of course I had to make a little needlefelted one too!
I'm currently working on some more ideas and will share them when they are done and I have pictures.
/bearhugs to all
They are beautiful ! I especially adore the little bear : he has such a cute face !
Beautiful little critters, I find them so much fun to do...

Here's where I show my ignorance.....
What's a Master Artisan please?
Well I know what the words mean  - but how do you achieve it?
Dear Sandra,
The Thread Artist Guild has a progression program that starts with Apprentice, then Artist, then Journeyman (someone working on Master), and finally Master Artisan. Master Artisan requires the artist to be able to create in multiple formats, including crochet, knitting, needlefelting and 2 other thread arts (such as tatting, embrodery, macreme, etc.)
It's more involved than that but that should give you a nutshell idea of what it's about. I have completed all my requirements except for 2 more needlefelted items which I am currently working on.
/bearhugs,
They are wonderful Mary!!! Beautiful polished detail
Thanks very much Wendy :-) I hope to have some more to show soon.
