I have been asked to post a little update, and to tell you all how dearly she appreciates all the notes, e-mails, snail mails, PMs and telephone calls she has been getting.
You may find this hard to believe, but we three believe that the spirit of TeddyTalk, the energy and prayers and positive thoughts she has been receiving from all of you are what has made her strong enough to get through the past 2 weeks.
She so appreciates all your support, in ways she will be able to share when she can post again.
And while I personally have seen a strength in our Renae, that I never saw before, I also know and share with you that she continues to need that support.
She is trying so hard to get all of his stuff together, packaged and out of the house. She is reclaiming her home. But because of her chronic health issues it is very draining and she can only do so much each day.
She is so sorry she hasn't been able to answer all the mail, YET, but promsises that she shall soon.
On top of everything she is hand feeding a kinkajou baby! I think it is helping her....you all know Renae, when an animal needs something they will always come first in her book. So the baby needing her little feedings has been what helps Renae get up and keep going. She will not let her babies, any of them, suffer because of her illness or her heartbreak.
And that includes Moosie, who has been a real little s$%t lately. Its like he knows that mom is super stressed and just acts out like you wouldn't believe. They even had a tug of war two days ago over a chicken leg. Given how much a serval can weigh its like playing tug a war with a bear.....oh just a little hyperbole, allow me this. LOL
On behalf of Renae I thank you all for the kindness you have shown her. I pray you will keep the the communications going to her, she gains so much strength from all of you. Thank you.
Kassie sees her every couple of days and is helping her get to town to take care of so many legal issues that come up with a situation like this.

Hi Dilu,
Thank you for the post and update. I spoke with her this afternoon and she couldn't express enough, how much support she has received from Teddy Talk. She told me that she has never had itthis kind of support before and it is definitely the reason she is coping as well as she is. She is so grateful to you, Kassie and several others that have helped he in the past week. It was nice to talk to her "for real" and I hope things continues to get better for her.

Oh dear!
I now feel guilty, as I totally missed what' happening to Renae... I totally lost the train due to my busy time with my new job...

I hope Renae will forgive me for not being there, as I definitely did not mean to!

I'm really glad she's still coping well. I will email her soon - I thought she may have enough emails to deal with at the moment which is why I haven't done it earlier.

I didn't realize Renae is having such a hard time. Not sure I fully understand what happende, but I hope she will get better and find the strength she needs. I miss her posts about her animals.
