That's flipping AWESOME, especially given one of the "pet peeves" I listed which relates to this directly. I'm sending it to my husband at work right now.  Thanks, Bobbie!

Ok, This is kind of funny,
I had placed an order online and it didn't go through. I called direct and a person answered. HE was a nice guy, reminded me of Eddy Murphy the comedian. I told him what happened and he asked me to identify the pieces I wanted to order. I gave him the ID numbers and he then asked me what their prices were? THese were small replica swords for some of my character pieces. First he said "come on, why don't you want the Real swords"  (which cost about $300). I told him that these were for customers. I asked why he had to ask me for their prices? I assumed he could just pull up the ID numbers? He said "look I trust you  bear_whistle "  He then started asking me all my personal information which this company already has on file! He was a nice guy so I said, thank you, but I think I'll go back to ordering online  bear_ermm  He said "come on you have a real person here! A real person is better than a machine  bear_rolleyes " I heard later that companies are hiring prison inmates to take phone orders. I think this poor guy's computer line was down and he was trying to bluff his way through the order. Who knows, it might have worked out but my online order turned out smooth and reliable once the glitch was corrected.

Does anyone know how these numbers are obtained?  The reason I ask is that I had a shudder after commenting, above, because it dawned on me that this could be one huge phishing scam.  You call the numbers listed and get a real human -- yay! -- who might not represent the company at all.  And then you give them all your personal information.  And then you're totally outta luck!

I'm extra paranoid lately since it turns out that someone charged not $4000, but almost $5000, on my credit card last month, and I still have no idea how they got the number.  The card is still in my purse!  Happily, I won't have to cover the charges.  Whew!

Anyway... I'd be curious to know how legitimate this place is.  If it's the real deal... AWESOME.  But if not... How scary, that we might trust our personal information to these folks, and then be victims of fraud.

Anybody know anything more about these sites?  Today is the first I've heard of them.

Thank you again!
