Does any one have a pattern for a round ball with sections that can be different colors ?

Yes, Jodi . . . I have a book of patterns for balls.  It's called Patchwork Puzzle Balls by Jinny Beyer.  They range from easy to complicated (depending on the number/shape of the pattern pieces) to make and come in several sizes.  I ordered it from a quilting catalog, but you could probably get it on Amazon.  I'll take a look.

Yes, Amazon does have it . . . and they have used ones starting at $9.99.  The new ones are $19.99.  I've made several balls from the book - very labor intensive, but fun.  Have used some of them for accessories for my bears and have sold some separately.  Hope this is what you are looking for.
