I just finished Flynn.

He is the same pattern as Mei and Marzin. Same size too.
Made with some Hembold mohair I bought a while ago from Beary Cheap.

I used the ultra suede they sold me to match that mohair and I really love their choice as this is the perfect match.

He has light topaze glass eyes.
He is jointed with cotter pin joints.
He is filled like my previous bear with a clever (of course it is, isn't it?) combination of kapok, polyester fibers and steel beads.
He has Marabu textile paint shadings.
I made him bead claws.
He has the usual bells in his ears.
Oh, and I made him the most beautiful nose and mouth (I recently found the way to give that lovely shape of mouth with needle sculpting: took me a long while to figure it how to do it by myself!!!).
I lightly waxed his nose for a shining look.

And to make him the happiest bear I made him a beautiful waistcoat he can wear either in the pink side or in the green side according to his mood (amn't I clever??? :P).

Well, no idea what you will think about Flynn but Malko and I both love him and it was good cheating a little bit, for change!!!! :P:lol::lol::lol:

I just forgot to say that I took much longer than planned to make Flynn, as usual... The day i will manage to follow my plans is not arrived!!! i just cannot work fast when it concerns teddy bear making. oh well, who cares? :cool::D:P

Flynn and Kiwi are both fabulous, Julia.
I love Flynn's eyes and the coulour combination of mohair and ultra suede.

  Flynn and Kiwi are both just marvelous Sophie!!  Great work on the needle sculpting.....you've given him such a sweet expression. Love those bead claws and his lovely nose as well.  Great work!

Flynn is wonderful Sophie. Always such attention to detail. Love that nose of his.
Kiwi is new to me as well. He's just brilliant. He has the most striking face. I love him!! clever girl.hehe
