Back Road BearsFor those who don't know... FAO Schwartz is THE toy store in the USA!!!! (In my humble opinion!) Their flagship or main store is in New York City.....3 enormous stories of toys, stuffed animals..... toys, stuffed animals, stuffed animals..... stuffed animals...... For someone like me it's heaven on earth! 
Anyway.... this next Monday, March 19, 2007 FAO Schwartz, together with New Line Cinema and Tonner Doll Co. will be hosting an unveiling of Tonner's Mimzy line and a signing by Robert Tonner AND the cast of "The Last Mimzy". The best part??? Why, you get to meet me of course!!! I'll be there unofficially!! But I'll be there! And you can bet I won't hesitate to tell 'em I made Mimzy!! 
They are expecting me... so it won't be a hostile take over. :crackup: Laura Lynn Matthews is flying in from Chicago to meet me there!! Can you just imagine two bear addicts at FAO Schwartz!?!?!?!?!

Oh Boy I am SO excited!!!!! We are going to be like 2 kids in a candy store... hopefully NOT like Home Alone LOL!!!!! I can't WAIT to meet that little sweetheart who played Emma... PLUS... I get to see Daphne again!!!

Oh I wanna play with you girls! Tonner is such a great company - I love how their plush Mimzy's are SO close to Daph's! Amazing. I can't say I like their Wizard of Oz dolls though - but that's another story LOL

Apple Dumpling DesignsI love FAO Schwartz too!!! We had a blast there when we visited NYC several years ago. Are you and Laura going to play on the floor piano like Tom Hanks and the other guy (the name escapes me) in BIG. If so be sure to have someone takes photos for us. :crackup: :crackup:
