This is the 8 1/2 pound, 23" bear I just completed with his pet rooster, Reggie.  Kennedale is made from a really nice Intercal fur . . . brown tipped light cinnamon, quality 90S/TDI.

Gina, the feet, beak, comb, etc. are all made by me.  The feet, especially, involve a gazillion steps . . . but it's really a fun project!

Sue Ann, I am trying to sift thru 8 pages of 'stuff' that has 'happened' in my absence but I had to pause a moment and comment on your latest creations. That pair are just priceless!! You have such an eye for colours and textures...especially on your roosters! And the feet have me awestruck...they look so REAL!! I have no idea how you get the roosters to stand!

Sue Ann,

What a beautiful big guy!  My daughter seen this tipped mohair and really liked it.  She talked about making a bear, but at the present she has something else (or someone else) on her mind.  I guess the bear takes the back seat.

They will be for sale from The Toy Shoppe in Richmond, Virginia.  Kennedale/Reggie is a shop exclusive and after seeing them, the shop has ordered several limited editions of different bears . . . eeeeeeek!  I'm going to be busy for the rest of my life!!   I am honored, however, with their request and TT will be the first to see the limited edition bears.  Thanks for asking, Ellen!
