WienDear „fluffy“ friends, I hope you didn´t forget me, after all: it has been a while since I posted.
Cheese! Quite a while.
I´ve been in and out of hospital twice (nothing bad, so no worries; other people have it really bad), we´ve been in and out off snow, I´ve been in and out off trying to loose weight several times (not very successful)
I´ve been trying to catch up on your posts, but this is quite impossible! I keep on trying though ;)
There is one thing that I just have to tell y´all: I am going to participate at the doll´s and teddy show in Vienna April 1st – my first teddy bear show!
What an excitment!
I´m looking forward to finding out, what the public (I mean complete strangers) thinks about my bears. The feed back that I have from people I know and from my friends & family is very good, so in 2 weeks time I´ll know, if other people do think the same way.
… no matter what the outcome is: it won´t stop me creating teddies anyway…

Hey Gaby! Nice to hear from you again (although I'm sorry about the hospital and snow both slowing you down.) I'm excited for you, for your first show! I'm sure you'll have a great time. The idea of a bear show in Vienna is so romantic to a Cali girl like me who just doesn't have the funds to get to Europe as much as I'd like. Viel spass!

for the show Gaby. Have you contacted Helmut Machl , this is the 10th anniversary of their shows in Austria- they organise a good show and the ones I have attended I have enjoyed. They unfortunately moved the venue from Vienna to Linz 
- Enter the competition the winner gets one of the Swarosvski crystal grizzly bears- something I will win one day (although I collect the bear range and have bought my own !!!!!)
For you to get to Linz would be easy- so enough time to prepare for this next show here are the details:

Hope you feel better, hospitals can be such a drag-rules to follow, you can't just suddenly get a creative urge and tip toe into the sewing room and work madly away. They do frown on that....
