On Sunday my husband Philip and I went to visit my sister-in-law Sonya, she has been unwell since February and is still in a great deal of pain. I wish I had the answer for her so I could take the pain away. Luckily she has a wonderful husband who is helping her and taking care of her. After months of caring for others Sonya now spends most of her time in bed not being able to do much because of the pain she is in. I thought it would be good to send her some get well wishes.

I do hope that things turn around for you soon Sonya. Constant pain is not easy to deal with, but hopefully with your loving family, you will be up and about again soon. Take care from across the waters in Australia.
