I haven't found a specific certificate for Teddy Bears. I created mine by changing around a general artist "Certificate of Authenticity". You can find samples all over the web. Here's one site:

I can copy one that I use. I had them made years ago really , if you need it I will try to do so for you.

Birgitte, I don;t know if this will help you very much but I use a program I got on a disc called Amercian Greetings.    It has, among other things, blank forms that you can use to create your own certificates.  My daughter created the template for mine and then I go in an put the animals picture, name. and date.  They look nice and it's pretty easy to use.
