What do you mean?
Sue, I already design little outfits for my mohair and alpaca bears.
It's so much fun, but I only do it in the winter for an excuss to sit by the fire
Hi I read a post a while back about copyright on knitting patterns and doll and how hard they were to find, I suppose I just thought that I could contribute technique wise and as I don't know enough about teddies...............
I used to make up knitting patterns along time ago and knit them(only for a shop but they did sell for alot)
So I could explain my way of how to make up your own patterns, only if anyone was interested that is, don't want to push, but you see I have learnt so much from this site and felt the urge to give back

PS open fires are wonderful even on spring rainy days
That is a lovely idea Sue. I do design my own knitted clothes (for bears and people), but there have been questions for patterns before and it is always interesting to see how someone else does it. Don't be shy, just post your explanations. I'm sure a lot of peopple will be grateful. Offering help and instructions here is never considered pushy and always applauded.
Thanks Sabine, I will write an easy to use guide and post as soon as I can

That is wonderful Sue, I have seen posts in the past asking questions on how to go about knitting clothing for bears, so I am sure there would be lots interested. I don't get the time to sit and write alot of the instructions down, so my instructions are all higgledy piggledy.
So are mine, its a so & so when you want to repeat the pattern again. I hope that everyone will be able to understand but I suppose that if its not clear in any places then people will ask questions and I will be able to adjust it
