For artists and collectors sponsored by Intercal...your mohair supplier and Johnna's Mohair Store
I have paid for some bear fur through Pay-pal and have not received the goods as yet.
The payment was made in April. I have sent numerous emails and PM to the seller and the last 3-4 messages have not been answered. The seller is a member of this forum.
Am I covered by any sort of insurance through pay-pal?
Anybody got any advice for me or should I just count my lossess.
Am terribly disapointed as I paid in good faith in that I would receive the goods offered to me..and to which I paid for promptly..
My last email to her was asking for a refund if for some good reason the parcel has not been able to be posted for whatever reason..have not received a response..
Sorry about the disapointment Denise. It is always hard when dealing with fellow TTer's.
You are suppose to be covered by Paypal. I would notify them and leave it with them.
They dont really leave you with much option do they? if they wont answer your emails.
Behavour that definitely leaves a bad taste.

Perfect..if they are a member...they probably wouldn't want that information shouted about.... tell them if they don't answer your emails that you will "out" them as a thief and then if there is still no response after a reasonable amount of time...... let us know who it is. At least that way...nobody else will fall prey to their game.
This person has sold fabric to another member and she received it okay albeit it took awhile to arrive.
If there is a valid reason as to why the parcel has not been sent I would understand, but by getting no response to my emails and PM is a bit concerning...
Denise I hope you can get this sorted out....perhaps they are having internet problems or something??
I do hope that is the reason, I don't like to feel ill of anyone...before I know the circumstances..could be genuine reasons for not contacting me..
