Hi Everyone, I just wanted to give you a peek at my ribbon winner from the Calgary Bear show...this is Theo and he is a Silver Tabby kitten. He won first place in the Non Bear Category and he also came in Second place for the Best In Show!! I am so happy! It was my first show and I didn't expecet to sell anything, but I sold 5 creations and met so many wonderful people!

Oh for sure this show is totally worth doing, even though there wasn't a crowd, the people who did came were buying...and i think I would prefer that over lots of people who were all just looking?!

Bears by EdieBig congratulations, Krista! I thought you had gotten a first in one category and 2nd for best in show but couldn't remember exactly. It would have been nice if we could have gotten some time to see all the entries with the ribbons - it was all kind of a blur right at the end there with trying to pack up right after and all. I remembered that Laura Unrau got best in show but was it for her bear or her raccoon??? I thought it was the raccoon but that would have been in the same category as your kitty??? Of course the best in show was voted on by the public and the category awards chosen by the judges so that might explain it!
