We visited Portmeirion, where the 60s cult series the prisoner was filmed and the pottery comes from, we went to Caernarfon Castle then the Ffestiniog Railway and travelled on the steam train from, Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog.

I adore Wales!!!   bear_wub  bear_wub   My hubby has yet to see it, but I'm sure he'll fall in love.  There's so much to see, and the people there are really friendly.  I find the welsh language fascinating... LOL, although a little hard to understand at times  bear_grin

Looks like you had a great time Kerren, you bought back some memories for me, atayed in a caravan nr there a few yrs back and it rained everyday bear_ermm  so we went on the Ffestiniog Railway  bear_ermm  :doh: ..maybe it's more fun in the sun  :crackup:
