Creative Design Studio (RKR4CDS)Sometime late yesterday my image hosting company - tupics - 'lost' all but 3 of my data files.
My current auction has really screwed up images (they were fine yesterday morning) and I'm really ticked off that it might cost me the auction; fortunately it was for fall fabrics and not a bear.
But in going to the host to upload my next auction pix last night I found my info gone. Emailing the company, who has been most responsive and helpful in the past, has yet to elict a reply much less fixing the problem. These aren't just my current images but all of the data that support a template - there were about 30 files stored there.
My question is - before using this service, I had tried out activa and seller's source book. Of course not even Google is quickly giving me the urls/links that I need. Short of going into every ted auction online looking for one that uses either of these companies, or any other that offers very low-priced image hosting, does anyone use these and can give me the link?
If I don't get the auction scheduled by midday, I'll have to wait until mid-week to catch my next 5 day cycle. I hate the idea of using a template that so many others are using as mine were custom desugned but I refuse to use just the plain basic long text portion with tiny images that eBay posts for use.
Selling via the web- the only place that I have worked with was the "Sellers source book", and that was as some artists are using it. This is a new way for me to sell so I have still got lots to learn.
Several times I had to contact them as I was struggling to get the template set up- and every time someone contacted me immediately

I've looked at all of the links you've all provided - they look like they'll work fine, but I just can't take it all in right now.
I guess I'm blocking myself by realizing that I'm also down to the end of my 'window' for posting (usually between Thurs & Sat afternoon) so that my auctions will end on a Tu thru Thurs night.
There are almost 20 images in this week's auction and with my eye on the clock I know that I won't get it done in time.
I'll wait a day or so, as kindly Nancy suggested, to see if there's a resolution of their possible probs and begin again on Monday when I'm 'fresh' and not frustrated!!
