Carry On, Doctor?
Terry Thomas - in the late 50s? early 60s?
Carry on Sargeant?
Yes it is a Carry On film... Charles Hawtrey said 'We've never had so much as an ounce of a bounce' to Keneth Williams in................
If you want me to tell you just ask...sorry I pulled up a stinker.
Hugs Jane.
There are just far too many Carry On films to isolate & remember which one this was from! I have an ex-pat BIL & DS, both with dual citizenship.
We were introduced to British humor in the early 60s, but this one is just too arcane!
I give up! I call 'Uncle'!!
I can't even find if I google so I guess I will have to give up
Carry on up the Kyber??
I don't even know what a "Carry On" film IS!!!
Me neither! But now I have a Kansas song stuck in my head

Shelli,
"Carry On" films were a string of B movies in the late 50's and 60's, with generally the same cast, that were campy humour, if you know what I mean. You either loved or hated them. Sidney James was one of the main stars. I have never watched many movies, but these just made me laugh when I was a kid.
hugs,
Brenda
I say let's "carry on" with a new quote!
Sorry folks , here's the answer 'Carry on Matron'
My friend Alice lives in the USA and knows the films very well, so I just thought you would all have seen them over there.
Try this one...it's so easy....'There's a snake in my boots'
Hugs Jane.
'Matron' sounds very familar, but they're shown in only the major (TV) markets in the country and then only on the PBS or BBC-type stations.
Woody from Toy Story ;)
Will that work?
Yep you got it Gail.
Whats next? (although I think I'll sit back for a while after my long drawn out game play)
Hugs Jane.
Eww, yuck! I have no idea. Glad you said it was from a funny movie or I would have thought some disgusting horror movie.
Oh, Thats what it is from..... I have not see Blades of Glory yet...
How about this one.... It's pretty easy.....
"Stay gold, Ponyboy. Stay gold"
"Stay gold, Ponyboy. Stay gold"
