Hi Carolyn.  I have to ask - What is a flat white coffee?  Sounds interesting, to say the least.

Hi Luann,

A flat white is a coffee beverage that is served over here in NZ and Australia.
It is frothy milk which is folded into the coffee creating an extremely inviting mixture.
It is so yummy and such a great treat for morning tea.

It was really funny when we were in Hawaii last year, I thought I would ask for a flat white in a cafe and the
waiter looked so surprised and had to go and ask what it was. I thought everyone made these type of coffees.

Hugs
Carolyn
