I thought you would all like to see some pictures of Brian(his name comes from the Magic Roundabout-childrens tv many years ago
)
He is 15 weeks old and is a red point Siamese and we have had him just over a week.We lost our gorgeous 3.5year old Balinese cat a few weeks ago to lymphoma of the kidneys and all the children loved him and we also have his brother and he was lost without him and had no one to play with so hence the new addition to the family. He hid up for 2 days behind the sofa but is in to everything now and is chasing around the house with our Balinese boy and having a great time.He has a great appetite and eats a lot more than our other cats.Siameses have such great personalities and once you have one I think you will always have one.We can never replace the one we lost but Brian helps to fill the big gap in our lives after we lost him.
Laurie
Gorgeous cat. I have never had a siamese but I have known a few(worked for a vet for yrs). They have the most wonderful personalites and tend to be real talkers.
A beautiful boy, Laurie!
Brian is a sweet pussy cat and I love his name - I used to enjoy the Magic Roundabout and you are right that it was many
years ago!
Hugs

What a sweet boy, love his eyes
We had a siamese for a chilhood kitty.... your kids will never be bored
Brian is beautiful!!! No doubt he'll be talking away with that loud voice all Siamese seem to have. I'm so sorry you lost your other kitty. I'm sure Brian will bring some fun to your family, though.
What a sweet looking cat!!!
Ahhhh the King of the Kastle-The Highly "Intelligent" one.....who will condescend to let you feed and love him.
Siamese are so funny and so smart....he's beautiful

Lovely pics Laurie! I don't know much about Siameses ... mine are all 'scrappy cats' (ie no pedigree and definitely no breeding!!!) but they look very intelligent and refined. I'm sure you'll have many years of fun with Brian!
Oh..he's a gorgeous boy Laurie...beautiful blue eyes...and seems well accepted already by your other cats... love
the pic with them all in the basket!
Hugs Yvonne
Laurie how lucky you are to have found such a wonderful new addition to your family. He really is a wonderful looking puss. I just love that face and those eyes are lovely. I'm pleased that he has settled in well. I hope you have many long and happy years together. Congratulations!
Hugs Jane.
Such a gorgeous new addition to your family! I can imagine all the fun you must have with all of the cats running around the house and playing - will certainly keep you feeling cheery!

That is a very nice Siamese !! I use to bread them 33 years ago, I just love them !!! Nice head shape
Laurie,
Brian is such a cutey! As are the others as well...
I thought the second picture is a Helloween picture...with the hand in the bed
Gaby
The arm in the photo is one of my childrens Gaby.I think that they were trying to get him to sit still long enough so he could have his photo taken. There is a lot of swearing in the house at the moment as everytime hubby goes aaah look at him and runs for the camera Brian has moved by the time he gets back
Paula we got into Siameses about 15 years ago when we lost our moggy and couldn't find a cat to replace him apart from a Balinese(SiamesexAngora) and from then one we have stayed with the breed. They are a lively cat especially if you have more than one and if you don't mind them chasing around and racing up and down the stairs or getting woken in the night when they jump on you as they have chased each other over the bed then they are the cat for you
Laurie
What a darling face!! I love that long nose and those gorgeous blue eyes.
Oh yes, I'd forgotten about the 3am rumble tumbles through the bed !!! Bandit was usually yelling his head off the whole time
Awww how gorgeous they are, my neighbor used to have a siamese and they are such great characters.

Beautiful cats.
Laurie: Brian is so cute. Not many people own standard siamese. I have a blue point standard siamese named Dara (Dara means "Star" in siamese). Siamese are the smartes bread of cats. They are like a little dog in a cat suit. Here is a picture of my beloved Dara:
awe. Beautiful! Lovely eyes...stunning.
What a sweetie, we had siamese when I was a child and they were very smary cats.. not like our Maine Coon boys.. lol.. beautiful, gentle cats that are not so bright.. heehee.
Bear Hugs!

Dara is beautiful also !!! Makes me want one again . You are right...they are like dogs !!!
Here are my boys now.But hubby is trying to take them away from me in the divorce. He claimed them a his assets.
