The Beckham boot is the most amazing piece of engineering. It is a pneumatic boot which has inflatable aircells which makes you feel like you are walking on air..and I can walk normally relatively pain free. Only needing crutches out of doors.

Jenny - I feel your pain! I was suppose to be healing a broken tibia but after a while of no lessening of Pain, the DRs realized my bone never healed. I can actually understand waiting so long to check it out. I'm sure it hurt, but we women can handle a great deal of pain before we give in! LOL
At least you are in a removable boot and can do weight bearing. Praying it heals well and quickly!
Kirsten...If we can give birth to babies..we can stand a bit of pain through an old broken bone!!! Having a baby really hurts!!
