Hello all

A friend of mine have a Sony Cyber Shot digital camera.
She can´t figure out how to resize her photos with cyber-shot viewer.
It only will allow her to resize and send as an email

Does anyone knows how to resize and store the photos in a folder with cyber-shot viewer?

I have a canon Ixus, so unfortenately I can´t help her.

Thanks in advance

I'm a bit of a photographer, but I only own Canons as they fit me the best. I do know a lot with Sony, so I'll try to investigate it and return.

I have a Sony CyberShot. You should be able to change this by going to the menu and find where to change the size. If you go to the Sony main site you can download a pdf manual specific to the camera. Mine is a 4 mgpx and I have it set to take the highest quality photos and I then downsize on my computer.

Tina, I have that program. Tell her to click on a photo to highlight then click on tools and scroll to 'Resize and copy to folder'   From there she can choose the size she wishes to make the photos and which folder she wants to file them and also she can give them new file names.
I hope that helps?
