I thought I would share with you all one of my 'projects' I've been working on. This santa is made from a dried gourd. His body and head are the gourd, with the face, arms and boots sculpted from clay. His suit and hat are trimmed with real fur, and his hair is mohair. My mind is going in so many directions with projects I want to do i.e. bears, needlefelting, gourd art, painting etc. I guess this is my way of coping with life. It certainly keeps me from getting bored and having too much time to think.
Very creative, Millie. I like him alot.

Thanks all. Louise, thank you very much. I guess I've poured myself into my animals and my artwork to keep me busy. But, having people who care has been my biggest help.
